Forgot one major thing in my last post. I can't believe I didn't realize it. If you don't like the Freudian analysis, it's still pretty good.

Oh yeah and I don't think he's a fetus or anyone gave anyone an abortion. It's fucking symbolism for Itoi losing his innocence walking into a rape scene. A weird vagina alien would make sense in that context, symbolically and metaphorically.

Overanalyzing some Freudian Symbolism

(I forgot to add the Skyrunner, and possibly the Hummingbird Egg.)

 Put the word symbolic before the word penis, vagina and womb. It's not literal.

Porky is symbolically returning to his Mother's womb, the true "abslutely safe capsule." There were robot duplicates of his Mother in New Pork City. His symbolic womb was also mechanical. Porky's theme song in M3 is a lullaby. Porky has a play room that looks like a nursery. It's in the center of the Tower of Peace and Love, which shares similarities with the Abslutely Safe Capsule and a womb. This is one of the reason's why the metal sphere appears in the Mother Logo.

Geigue has always been a symbolic vagina and/or womb. Mother 2 did not introduce this concept.Geigue's Devil Machine is an homage to H.R. Geiger's work, or at least bares some striking similarities. It's not likely that this is a coincidense. M2 is filled with scifi homages. The opening scene of the game is an homage t War of the World's for example. Giger's work was filled with Freudian symbolism, phallic ojbects, and vaginas. Giger designed the alien from the series of the same name. The alien is intentionally phallic. The Face Huggers intentionally resemble vaginas, and the chest bursters intentioally resemble phallic objects. He created the concept of Freudian aliens. Therefor we can assume that Gieuge intentionally resembles a vagina. You don't make an homage to Giger's work without this. It's impossible for it to be a Giger homage without it.

Mewtwo is based on Geigue from Mother 1, but he lst most of the symbolism present in Mother.

In Mother 2, with the power of the dragons they reset the Earth to its natural state. Mother 3 is about returning to Mother Earth. Compare this with the villian, who symbolically returned to the womb via technology. Also, Giegue, who abandoned Maria, his Mother.

If the Earth is Mother Earth, then perhaps the entity that stopped Porky from traveling to all other time peroids was Father Time. It would make sense with the themes of duality throughout the game.

From Mobile Suit Gundam, and Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas. I don't know how most people have missed these. They are as spot on as the Blues Brother's and Lucky & Gorgeous.

Random Observation

Alright to be honest I couldn't find a better name than my username for this blog. It's sort of a place to dump all my thoughts after reading too much into cartoons and videogames.

Anyways. Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz. She has silver slippers in the books and ruby slippers in the movie. However, if she wore the ruby slippers in kansas they would appear silver due to the black and whiteness.

I don't even think I'm implying anything by this I'm just pointing out something I realized that may not even make sense when I stop being sleep deprived.
